The parkland setting provides ample room for vibrant processions, while our halls have capacity for elaborate decorations and entertainment, including space for up to 600 people (depending on the location). All our rooms can be easily transformed to honour your specific needs, no matter how grand.

Dining-Hall-Lighting

A grand and flexible space where your guests can gather for lavish banquets, cultural performances and vibrant evening celebrations. The Dining Hall links directly to the Quad, a beautiful lawn area ideal for arrival processions (such as a Baraat), cocktails or outdoor photo moments.

The decking can seat 300 in a theatre-style formation.

Celebrate your love in a space that blends elegance, charm, and flexibility—perfect for making your wedding day truly unforgettable.

In addition to weddings, the Dining Hall is also an excellent choice for hosting parties, anniversaries, and large dining events.

Chapel-1500x2000 tiny

The Chapel is a large, ornate space with original stained glass windows. Seating up to 550, the Chapel’s timeless beauty offers a magnificent setting for your special day. Full of details, such as the large hand painted murals depicting biblical scenes and various carvings into the stone, such as the peacock, representing eternity. Due to licensing, The Chapel is only available to those with a close link to RMS, for example, former students.

Please note, the Chapel is currently undergoing refurbishments to the roof and ceiling and we are expecting it to reopen from 2026.

Resource Centre 1

Intimate but distinctive, the Resource Centre offers a more personal space for smaller gatherings, pre-wedding functions like Mehndi or Nikah ceremonies, or even as a quieter venue for the main day if you’re aiming for a refined guest list.

Its unique layout makes it ideal for styling around cultural rituals, storytelling decor or a relaxed modern celebration.

This beautiful and unique venue offers a memorable setting for couples looking for a more personal and distinctive space to celebrate their love.

A contemporary venue at the entrance of the estate, with easy guest access, excellent for welcome events, daytime receptions or smaller evening celebrations. The modern feel gives you added flexibility for creative décor, stage setups or themed entertainment.

FAQS

IS THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON DECORATIONS?

Yes, in the Great Hall, Cadogan House Hall and the Dining Hall we do not allow helium balloons due to the fire detection system. We do not allow naked flames in any room, however, please do contact us about ceremonial fires.

Yes, we are fully licenced to serve alcohol and play music. Please note, there are time restrictions to our licence. All events must be finished by midnight and amplified music needs to be turned down at 11pm to respect our residents.

Yes, RMS welcomes external suppliers, including Asian caterers and décor specialists. We can also recommend trusted partners.

Yes, leading up to your event a member of the events team will be in touch regularly to assist you. On the day of your event a member of the events team will be available. Please note, for large celebratory events a member of the events team will be on site for the full duration of your hire.

Unfortunately, we are not licensed to perform legal ceremonies. However, a blessing can be performed followed by a reception.

Yes, we have a few spaces available for the all important getting ready process! Please contact us to discuss these.

Our car park has 148 spaces available. If more spaces are required, we do have a paddock that can act as overflow parking. Please note, this is weather dependent.

Upon signing your hire agreement, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please refer to the hire agreement for the cancellation policy.

This will be dependent upon your event, the timings, areas used etc. If any additional charges are required these will be clearly communicated with you.

We have a number of tables and chairs available, as well as a set number of tablecloths. You are welcome to use our tables and chairs, or you may wish to bring your own for more formal celebratory events.

Yes, there is a preferred supplier list. If you have any questions about these, please do not hesitate to contact us.

No, but we do ask if your photographer/videographer is intending on using a drone that you give us prior notice please. We always love to see the photographs taken here so please do share them with us!

Yes, we have multiple access points depending on the area of RMS you are using. Please note, the balcony in the Great Hall and Cadogan House Hall are accessed via steps.

Depending on your chosen space for your Asian wedding, RMS can host intimate ceremonies or large receptions for several hundred guests. Please contact our team for exact capacities.

Absolutely. We can manage multi-day Asian weddings with multiple events such as Mehndi, Nikah, and receptions.

Yes, our extensive grounds are ideal for outdoor rituals, processions, and photography.
